When crisis calls, call the Samaritans.
You might be down.
You might be desperate.
You might even be ready to take your own life.
You may think there’s no one you can talk to.
You may think there’s no one who could possibly understand.
Believe it or not, deep anguish like this can engulf each and every one of us at some time in our lives.
Which is why The Samaritans strive to be at the end of the line, each and every minute of each and every day.
We’re ordinary people at the end of the phone. We won’t judge you. We won’t criticise you. We won’t even ask your name.
What we will do is listen- and we’ll do everything in our power to help you untangle your problems.
Please feel free to talk to us anytime. We’re always here and we’re always ready to support you.
If you are going through a crisis, worried about something, feel upset or confused, or you just want to talk to someone, the Samaritans want to hear from you.
